You can create contacts directly from the ZIWO interface so they’re available while making or receiving calls.

To create a contact:

1. Click the Contacts icon on the sidebar.
2. Select Add Contact.
3. Fill in: Name | Phone number | Additional info (email, tags, notes).
4. Click Save.

The contact will now appear in your dialer, making it easier to reach clients quickly and personalize interactions.
