The video below will guide you step by step on how you can add agents from the Ziwo admin platform.
Steps :
1. From the admin landing page click on the shield icon and then click on "Teammates/Agents"
2. On the Agents page, click on the icon located on lower right and a new window will appear
3. You will be asked to enter the following :
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
4. Hit on "Save"
5. A new small window will pop-up that will ask you to assign the agent to a queue, simply drag from left to right which queues you want to assign the agent to.(If you don't wish to assign the agent to any queue, click on the X on the upper right of the small window)
6. Once you are done assigning queue, you may press x on the upper right side of the small window to close it and save changes.
