To download/export call data in CSV here are the steps :
1. Click on the shield icon
and the under "LOGS" click on "Calls"
2. Select the date range for the data that you need
3. Once done click on the cloud icon on the top right side of the screen, you will have different options like :
- CDR only
- CDR with IVR flow
- CDR with survey
- CDR with tags
- CDR with notes
4. After you select the option, the download will start
