To toggle widgets in the dashboard :

1. Log in to your admin account

2. From the dashboard, click on the cogwheel icon located at the far upper right side of the page

3. A small window will pop up which will give you options on which kinds of metrics you want to see and they are grouped by :


  • General
  • Agents
  • Inbound Calls
  • Outbound Calls
  • Whatsapp

4. You can toggle depending on the metrics that you want to see.
5. Once you have toggled metrics that you require to be visible you can click anywhere on the screen and the it will refresh displaying the widgets you selected
