The video below will guide you step by step on how you can view call recordings from the Ziwo admin platform.

1. From your admin account click on the shield icon, more options will appear.
2. Under the "Logs" section look for "Calls" and click on it
3. The calls section will appear which displays all the call logs

4. You may also filter your view based on :

  • Date
  • Agent
  • Queues
  • Positions
  • Caller/Called Number
  • Call Center Number
  • Direction
  • Tags
  • Call ID

NOTE : You can customize the columns displayed by clicking on the filter button at the right side of the page and choose which details you'd like to remove or add by ticking on the checkboxes

5. To view call details, simply click on any row on the call section which will display details of the call and will also have a playback interface that will let you listen to a call recording.
