Why did we change the way to login as it seems more complicated
We did some homework & found that a number of users had a hard time finding their account URL. Some of you might have them as a favorite on your browser but it is still a challenge for new & existing users. In order to make things simple you can now directly visit the ziwo.io website & click on the top right button to find the login page.
The new URL is also universal to all users. So you do NOT have to remember a specific url for a particular organization -it will always be the same: “app.ziwo.io”.
In the end, it was a tradeoff between finding the login page and remembering the account name, login and password. We made remembering the account name easier as mentioned systematically in all our security emails.
Where can I login to my ZIWO Account?
Go to https://www.ziwo.io website and click on the login button on top right.
How to find my Account details?
Click on Forgot Account Name on your login page and you will receive an email with all the details
What is my ZIWO account name?
ZIWO account is what we used to call the ZIWO instance name. It was the first part of the previous URL. For instance if your URL was https://myaccount.aswat.co, your account name is “myaccount”.
How to reset my password?
Click on Forgot Password link your login page and you will receive an email with all the details

Where to find Agent Login?
We have a common login url for Agent & Admin.
Just click on the login url on ziwo.io

Is my previous login instance name still valid?
The account name itself is and will remain the same. Check the What’s my account name page if you don’t know your account name.
If you forgot the account name, you can always retrieve it by using the Forgot Account Details page. We will send you an email with it.
Is the previous ZIWO login url still valid?
Your previous URL for logging-in is NOT valid anymore. You will be redirected to the new Login page once you click on your previous ZIWO login url.
Is the previous ZIWO login url still valid for Direct API calls?
The URL for direct API will remain the same. You can always find it on the developer’s tab (https://app.ziwo.io/settings/developers)
Is the ZIWO account name case sensitive?
NO. Your ZIWO account name is NOT case sensitive.
Can I still login using my previous sign in page?
As of Feb 10th (TBC) your previous sign in page will be discontinued and you will be redirected to the new Login page.
