ZIWO keeps a record of all your call activity, including incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. You can also access call recordings if permitted.
To view your call history:
- Click the Phone icon on the left sidebar.
- You’ll see a complete list of all calls.
- Use the search bar and available filters (by date, type, contact) to quickly find the call or recording you need.
This section is particularly helpful if you need to:
- Review a past conversation
- Confirm call duration
- Report issues using specific Call IDs
