Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password — it happens! ZIWO provides two convenient ways to reset it and regain access to your account.

You can either:

  • Ask your admin to send you a password reset link, or
  • Click on the Forgot Password? link located on the login page.

Once triggered, ZIWO will send you an email with a secure password reset link. Simply follow the instructions in that email to create a new password and log in again.

Security Tip: We recommend using a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. This enhances your account’s security and keeps customer data safe.
