1. When you open your ZIWO URL, you will see an option called “Forgot password”

  2. When you click on this option, a pop up window will appear requesting you to enter your acount name and email ID

  3. Enter account name and the email ID and click on "Request reset link"

  4. A reset password link will be sent to your email ID, click on the link in the email and you will be asked to enter the new password and type it again to confirm and then  click on "Reset Password". You will be logged in and a confirmation at the top of the page that says "Your password has been changed" will appear




Also agents can ask the admin to reset their passwords where the admin can initiate the reset password email to be sent to the agent’s email address and then agents need to setup the new password.
