1. Click on the “Transfer” Button  , another screen will open.

2. Enter the extension or the external number (landline or mobile number and it should be in international format for ex. +971) for the person to whom you want to transfer the call to then click attended transfer button.

3. Customer will be put on hold while you are talking to the other person and ask their permission to transfer the call to them.

4. Click on validate transfer button.


In attended transfers, the call will be transferred  to an extension or external number upon asking for their permission.
