1. Click on the “Transfer” Button  , another screen will open.

2. There will be 2 options available, "Ask First" and "Transfer Now", in this case select "Ask First"

 - By Default, you will see available teammates that you can transfer to, select the teammate to transfer the call.


- If you need to transfer to another queue/team, just select the "Teams" tab and select the queue/team that you need to transfer to

3. The customer will be put on hold while you are getting connected to the teammate or queue/team that you selected, once connected. There are 2 options to transfer again.
- Transfer - transfers the customer to the teammate and ends the call for you.
- Merge - transfers the customer to the teammate while also letting you stay on the same call

In attended transfers, the call will be transferred  to an extension or external number upon asking for their permission.
