1. Click on the “Transfer” Button 
, another screen will open.
2. Enter the required extension or external number (external numbers should follow the international dialing format + or 00 then country code then the number)
3. Click on blind Transfer button 
In blind transfers, the call will be transferred directly to an extension or external number without asking for their permission.
