1. Click on the “Transfer” Button 
, another screen will open.
2. You will have 3 tabs to choose from to transfer the call, Phonebook, Teammates and Teams
- If you select Phonebook, it will display all saved contacts and numbers that you have been in contact with, choose the number to transfer to
- If you select Teammates, it will display all online agents in your team, you can choose one to transfer to
- If you select Teams, it will display teams you can transfer to
3. Once you have selected any of the 3 options from step 2, press the "Transfer now" button and the call will be transferred
NOTE : In blind transfers, the call will be transferred directly to an extension or external number without asking for their permission.
