Logging into your ZIWO account is the first step to starting your workday and accessing the tools you’ll need. ZIWO is a cloud-based platform, so you can access it securely from anywhere using a supported browser.

To log in:

  1. Open your ZIWO instance in Google Chrome — only Chrome is supported by ZIWO — using your domain / instance name.
  2. Enter your Account Name.
  3. Enter your Email Address.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Click the Login button.
Tip: Your account name is specific to your company or organization and is usually shared by your administrator. Double-check you’re using the correct one to avoid login errors.

Once you are logged in, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard. Make sure to enable your microphone so you can make and receive calls.
