Blacklisting prevents unwanted numbers from being called or included in campaigns.

To manage blacklisted numbers:

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Channels > Voice > Dialer.
  2. Click Blacklisted Numbers.
  3. Use Add to block a number.
  4. Use Remove to unblock one.
Note: Blacklisted numbers are automatically skipped in auto-dialer campaigns and blocked for manual calling.
