How to check the Abandoned Calls in ZIWO Print

There are 3 different ways to retrieve the abandoned calls:

In the live section: Display the widget called "Total Abandoned Calls" to see the number of abandoned calls for the current day.
In the calls section: By using the filter "Only Abandoned calls" (more filters). This last method allows for a csv export.
In the statistics section: By adding the dimension "Abandoned call" in any dashboard widget.
