Unable to create ticket.

  • Open google developer tools on the CRM/Ticketing tool.
  • Try placing an inbound/outbound call.
  • After completion of the call, if there is no Ticket created check the response on Google developer console.

  • If you expand the response object on the console, you will see the detailed error.
  • One of the issues that could lead to this is the Mandatory ticket fields which are needed while creating a ticket. Check which are the fields giving the error.

  • Freshdesk admin will have to update the mandatory fields from the Ticket Fields option. Uncheck the option of Required while creating the ticket. This will solve the issue of ticket creation.
